Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I generally work from home so Splashtop Enterprise has enabled me to do this effortlessly. Always on, always ready, no hassles. It offers me remote printing, transfer of documents, etc. as if I was sitting at my desk in the workshop.

I have never had to contact them. The software has been flawless.
Yes - We were using another well-known product but the cost was becoming prohibitive and its reliability was declining. Splashtop Enterprise is simple to use which is a huge bonus when working with non-techy people.
