Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It provides easy access from remote locations to the home office computers. The access is easy and consistently reliable. Various staff members use and have used Splashtop when unable to be at the office. With covid restrictions and weather issues in the Boston area, the ability to quickly access the main computers is invaluable.

Support Rating

Quick and accurate response. Each call was met with a professional response and a full understanding of the situation. Also, the solutions offered were clear and complete addressing the main issues. The support staff seems well trained and familiar with the product.

Products Replaced

Yes - Teamviewer. Splashtop works much easier and provides a great alternative to Teamviewer or other products I have looked at. This is true both for the installation as well as the operation. As I said elsewhere, the installation and operation are seamless.
