Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used just about all of the common remote options for accountants over the last 10 years and, for the money, Splashtop Enterprise is my favorite. It has all the bells and whistles of the big tech yet is priced perfectly for my small client base. I love that once I have my client install the software on their PC I am not sharing this access with other techs for whatever reason. It smoothly handles multiple monitors and copies and pastes from my PC to my client's and vice versa. Quicker than Google Drive or Dropbox for file transfers. The bandwidth demand is not bad either as I have a couple of customers in the sticks with limited internet and it still works 95% of the time without issues. BTW, I only serve small businesses. I hope they don't change out of my comfort zone...which seems to be what technology does very often. Splashtop Enterprise is the BEST for my needs. I love them. Thank you, SplashTop.

ROI is just right for me, it is part of my overhead, I do not pass the cost onto my clients
I am small business but need super reliable services
I don't have time for down services, SplashTop delivers well

Support Rating

I have only need support once and it was very quick and got the job done right the first time. I am a semi-proficient IT person myself and seldom need support services. SplashTop does not overwhelm me with sales or emails. Their level of communication to their customers is very reasonable.

Products Replaced

Yes - TeamViewer, LogMeIn, QB Remote, to name the most recent ones. They are not forgotten memories. I have tried many others too but either the features were missing or the price was not within my budget. I don't want support, I need the service or software working when I need it...at that minute, not the next day.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have not tried remoting into more than 2 clients at a time but that is enough for my intense work. I am often on a particular session for hours (6+) without issues. I love the Splashtop user interface. Fits me perfectly. I have used TeamViewer, LogMeIn, RemotePC, Remote Desktop Manager, ConnectWise, QB Remote, RemotePC, GoToMyPC, VNC Connect. SplashTop is my favorite, the place where I have stayed the longest.
