Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I use Splashtop to access our store's back office machine, which is the only way to manage certain aspects of the store. It works flawlessly and is great for managing the store even when I can't be there in person. A great feature is that you can print out documents to the local computer for people on-site to grab.

Pros

  • Easy to use remote desktop connection.
  • Safe and secure for businesses.
  • Plenty of features.

Cons

  • Reduce latency.
  • Warning message on active PC so it isn't accidentally used while being controlled.
  • More allowed users for the price point.
  • We haven't measured the numbers for Splashtop specifically.
  • It has definitely allowed us to get more done.
  • Your time management is greatly enhanced being able to work from home.
We have never reached out to Splashtop Enterprise support, which is a good thing. This means that we haven't encountered any major problems with the program. The installation and use guides made available were more than sufficient to get the program up and running as well as to use it with no issues.

Splashtop is good for managing your business for those times that you can't be in the store, especially when the resources you need are only available on that one PC. Allowing other trusted users to access the same computer is also a great feature. Less suited for those that are always in the office and can access the PC in person at any time.
