Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

As an accountant, I am able to log into clients computers and help them with any questions they have regarding there accounting software or other software questions. It is so much easier to "see" their question rather than trying to help them blindly. I have found Splashtop Enterprise to be an invaluable tool.

Pros

  • Splashtop is the easiest platform to use

Cons

  • I'm not aware of any needed improvements
  • Splashtop is tool I could not live without.

Yes - I don't remember the name of the last product, but it was price that switched me to Splashtop

I believe Splashtop is essential for accounting firms, it really makes assisting clients so much easier.
