We use Splashtop Enterprise for remote access to local computers when traveling and from home offices. This is especially useful for sites with sensitive DNS requirements and/or licensing tied to physical locations.

First, it's the best deal cost-wise in the marketplace. I have used TeamViewer in the past before latching onto Splashtop Enterprise, and Splashtop Enterprise saves my company lots of money. I've used Splashtop Enterprise from remote locations in Europe and Australia with flawless results.

One feature that I wish they had was the ability to set the screen resolution for the second monitor to automatically match the resolution settings of the first screen in multiple monitor setups.
