Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We remote-in into clients' computers to access their accounting software for up-to-date information. We make adjustments in real-time and answer questions while viewing the same screen. It prevents us from having to transfer data files.

Cons
- Multi-monitor computer viewing is sometimes difficult
- Printing options are sometimes difficult
- Downloading a file to a program that's not available on the remote computer but is available on the live computer (i.e. Excel) would be helpful
- Huge impact on efficiency - we no longer have to wait for clients to bring/send us their data. We just access it when we want/need it.
- Reduced client errors - instead of sending the client adjustments and relying on them to make them, we make the adjustments ourselves to ensure they are entered correctly.
- Clients love the ease of transferring data.
