Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Splashtop is essentially my network backbone. It connects our computers when necessary as a virtual network. It avoids the interruptions that a networking system entails. And it effectively creates a global networking system, so we can access main computers on location anywhere and at any time

We avoid the interruptions that a hardwired or wi fi system can cause
Files can be transferred between computers effortlessly

Cons

I would like more control over the screen size and characteristics
I would like more information on speeds that the connection is exhibiting

Return on Investment

We recently closed a record $45 million transaction. Both the acquisition and due diligence would not have been possible without Splashtop.

Support Rating

Splashtop support has been consistent and available. The chat option has sufficiently handled my questions. I have contacted tech support directly and they were knowledgeable and handled matters efficiently

Yes - We replaced GoToMyPC, which was made unavailable to our operating system

Likelihood to Recommend

Splashtop is the best remote access software available--I have used others. I have never experienced any difficulties connecting and using the remote access features. File Transfers between computers are seamless and quick. I expect but cannot ensure that you can connect to a table but plan to add this feature.
