Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Splashtop Enterprise is being used in order to remotely access computers at our office during periods of remote working. While we do have a VPN connection, sometimes we need to directly use the computers at our offices and Splashtop Enterprise allows us to do this easily and efficiently for a reasonable price.

Pros

Safe connection through authentication
Lowest prices on the market for small teams looking for remote connection
One account can be used to access multiple work computers

Cons

Connection is sometimes a bit slow

Positively impacted business as it allows for our company to work remotely. No ROI really

Support Rating

The support team was easy to contact and knowledgeable, do not send annoying emails asking you to upgrade your account. Only have one or two instances where I did need to contact support but received quick communications each time.

Products Replaced

Yes - Replaced a free edition of TeamViewer as they do not allow you to use their service for free for an extended period of time. TeamViewer's plans were far too pricy for us and Splashtop Enterprise is the cheapest on the market.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for small to medium size teams looking to access workstations remotely and if your budget for this particular necessity is small. Would not recommend it for larger size companies and for people who work remotely 100% of the day, very good for short sessions (an hour or less) when you already have a VPN connection established.
