Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I am the only one that used it and it is so I can work from home when I am unable to get into the office. Sometimes I have additional work that I don't finish and need to work on over the weekend or in the evenings. I was helpful during Covid as well. I also was able to help keep up with my workload when I had knee surgery and could not come into the office. There were things I could still do from home.

Pros

  • I can login to my computer at work and it is like I am there.
  • Very dependable, system is always up and running.
  • User-friendly and easy to install.

  • Don't know of any at the moment.

Never had to connect with someone from support. Lucky me!
Yes - TeamViewer. They were very expensive and much more difficult to use and not as user-friendly.

It suits me perfectly because I can just turn on my laptop and log in then click on Splashtop Enterprise and within a minute I am on my work computer! It is quick and simple for me to start working. The only time I have had an issue was when my internet was down at my work location, which doesn't happen very often.
