Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

I work in an office with 4 other people and during Covid since we had to work from home, I had to access everyone's computers for it issues. Splashtop made that task VERY easy. I logged in to each computer when asked and I could help them out that way without any trouble at all. After the Covid storm, I used Splashtop when I am asked to help someone with a computer issue . It really is a great program and I am so happy to have it.

I had a very easy experience downloading Splashtop with the representative. We installed the streamer on 5 computers and mine at home so that I would be able to access them all very easily. The coworkers liked that they did not have to wait for my arrival to repair an error.

I can only express on an opinion that is favorable as I have used Splashtop many times to access the 5 computers at my workplace to implement updates and assist with other technical issues. I have been very fortunate to not have any negative feelings about the app at all. I am so relieved to have it.
