Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Splashtop allows me to interface and assist my employees with IT issues across the country. My role is multifaceted and IT support being one of my tasks I needed a simple straightforward solution to connecting and fixing issues. I dont have time for complicated bloated profgrams and need a program that is easy for users to understand. Splashtop delivers.

Pros

  • Quick Connectivity
  • Uncomplicated platform
  • Ease of usability on both ends.

Cons

  • sorry I just dont have any problems!
  • I dont need an MSP
  • It allows me to smoothly assist a user and return to my other job functions with little disruption
Ive only had to contact them once but the support was fast, friendly and helpful.
