Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We use Splashtop Software to access our customers cell phones, servers, and computers to demonstrate telecom software during the sale. We also use it to do remote installations and service after the sale. We use the SOS and unattended remote access. We switched from another remote software and haven't looked back. We have been completely happy.

  • There is no file storage
  • we can access everything remotely saving costly trips onsite.
i have never had to call support. Splashtop is easy to install, use and it just works!
