Splashtop Delivers as Promised!

I have not had to use Splashtop support. It installed easily, configured easily, and I've not had any problems during the 10 months I've been using it. They are excellent at notifying users of upgrades, maintenance, and any other reasons the software may not be functional. I'm very grateful to have found a solution that has worked flawlessly the past 10 months!

Splashtop is well suited for data transfer and file viewing in areas with slower internet speeds. Because my clients are in rural areas, the internet service is much slower. It's not well suited to actually work on the remote computer. It takes massive amounts of time to do any data entry with a slow connection. I've not used it with fast internet speeds but expect it would preform well if data entry was required.
