Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We have offices in several states. We use it integrated with Atera to monitor and provide remote support

Pros

  • Enables you to remotely control computers with the agent already installed
  • SOS remote controls outside computers.

Cons

  • Very low resource workstations sometimes are impossible to connect with the installed agent.
  • It allows a central IT department to support a very spread-out business. It wouldn't be possible to support the remote offices without it.
Honestly, in two years I've never needed to call them. So I really don't know. However, that's a good thing.

We actually use Atera and Splashtop in a fairly unusual way. We use it for internal support. I don't know why they don't sell it like that. It works great.
