Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I work remotely 2 to 3 days a week. Splashtop makes it possible to remote access my main computer at the Retail store location using a laptop at my home office.
Pros
- I very rarely have an issue with connectivity.
- Remotely, I can access my dual monitors in the store.
- If need be, I can remotely print from home a report for a team member at the store location.
Cons
- Sometimes there is a latency between in printing to my remote location printer
- I am able to successfully work remotely
