Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use Spiff to calculate commissions for our pre-sales and post-sales teams mainly - really anyone with commission structured compensation.
Pros
- Accuracy.
Cons
- Very much a new user so not much to add here.
- Generally very accurate - less friction between ops and sales departments.
- customizable and easy to understand user interface.
- More transparency into calculations.
