Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use Slack as the messaging platform for all employees. We have a hybrid work model, so using Slack to distribute information and communicate in real-time is crucial to our day-to-day. It is how everyone in our company keeps in touch

  • It allows continued connection to teams despite hybrid work model
  • it streamlines all company communication across offices of 6 timezones
  • It further enables organization and collaboration on projects and tasks
Everything about Slack is very intuitive and straightforward. You will not spend a lot of time trying to figure out what to do
Slack is in a different lane, but overall, I would recommend Slack to every business out there because the seamlessness of communication makes your job tremendously easier

From the interface's functionality to the mechanics of replying and queueing responses, Slack is constantly releasing a new version of the app to improve its user experience continuously.
