Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use it for our daily communications, it addresses the need for immediate communication and promoting engagement and pushing business needs and news.

Pros

  • Workflows and automations

Cons

  • In Slack bug reporting tool
Very easy to use and manage
Slack is more friendly and it seems easier to use than Discord, also easier integrations

Yes

When there's an escalation that needs to be addressed immediately Slack provided the ideal platform by allowing quick contact and therefore assists una quick resolution as well.

If the topic is a sensitive one, communication might be too sensitive to be living in Slack backend.

Also huddles are a good quick way to engage in live communication
