Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

We use Sigma as the front-end data modeling and aggregation tool that allows us to perform analysis and create visualizations.

Pros

Tableau has better visualization capabilities than Sigma. Google Data Studio is a little more rigid in its capabilities and interface. I see Sigma as the happy middle.
Well suited: the data aggregation and spreadsheet interface are great. The ability to quickly bring in data sources and perform an analysis without writing queries is invaluable. Less appropriate: creating rich visualizations and/or dashboards.

I've had multiple 1:1 sessions with Yuri and he's great. He always goes the extra mile to understand the issue and provide thoughtful solutions
The support team is great. They always answer quickly via the live interface. I've reported bugs many times and there's always thoughtful follow-up. To boot, everyone's been very easy to deal with and shows an interest in any interest I present.
