Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

We use Sigma across all our organization. We use it mostly for customer-facing and internal reporting purposes.

Pros

  • Dashboard configuration.
  • Query customization.
  • Scheduling.

Cons

  • More in-line controls for correct syntax.
  • Higher control over our business.
Hard to understand first, but then it becomes a very powerful tool.
Do not have experience with the support.
I inherited it as a user.
* Excellent for dashboarding and recurring business tracking.
