ScreenConnect = Remote Support.
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ScreenConnect for secure, unattended remote support. We chose ScreenConnect over TeamViewer and other competing systems specifically because of functionality, but a secondary benefit is reduced operating cost, branding, and more relevant functionality.

- ScreenConnect is so good at remote access that it literally changed my business model. I was offering remote support as a value add; it has become my primary business.
- Bomgar Remote Support Software, TeamViewer and VNC
ScreenConnect is far superior to all of the other methods of remote support available. Microsoft RD requires per-machine licensing (at least for servers), SSH doesn't give full functionality, VNC servers lack security and stability, TeamViewer is insanely expensive for a comparable-to-inferior product, and Bomgar has terrible customer (B2B) support.
