Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

ScreenConnect is used to connect to all client PCs with my Access Agent installed. It is also on my support web page to connect sessions.

Pros

  • Quickly deploy agents
  • Fast connection
  • Cross platform

Cons

  • iOS app is lacking some features
  • macOS unattended installs sometimes do not work
  • Increased efficiency for technicians to connect to clients
  • Remote session speed is very fast
TeamViewer is incredibly expensive and offers a little to no advantages over ScreenConnect.
Extremely useful when you need to quickly connect to a client's computer that does not have the agent installed.
