Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using SAP Service Cloud to answer our client requirements regarding their service management. The tool that we are mainly using is the sap field service management.

generating HTML reports
Helping technician with their daily work using workflows
Capturing technicians timesheets

Cons

Assets measurement reading
Stock management

Return on Investment

Standardize the workflow for more than 4000 users
Automation of several processes

Ease of Integration

While the integration is possible for every object. We still dont have a solid monitoring cockpit for all the in and out payloads.

Alternatives Considered

the user interface is much better, but most importantly the ability to integrate the tool with sap 4 hana easily

It s perfect for for filed management and for helping both of technicians and and dispatchers doing their job. However, we still have some areas where it can be improved such as the stock management
