Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize Riskified to monitor for fraudulent activity on our digital orders. Our fraud losses have significantly decreased since implementing a flow with Riskified and we are easily able to interact with our orders and customers alike within Riskified's web application. Riskified monitors several different segments among our digital population of orders and their staff and model has done an outstanding job of increasing our approval rates as well as mitigating fraud from these segments.

Since implementing and working with Riskified we have seen a steady decrease in our fraud losses on our e-commerce orders. Riskified is able to quickly adjust its models to mitigate new trends
By eliminating the need to "challenge" orders we have been able to save on staffing needed for manual review and we have seen a decrease in callback rates for our fraud reviewed orders.

Riskified does an amazing job of working with each individual merchant/client to tailor their models to fit their needs. They continually strive to improve based on feedback from the industry and their clients. Since working with Riskified, our fraud rates on our digital orders have decreased significantly and they do a great job of quickly identifying fraud trends and mitigating those.
