Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RingEX addresses our communication needs for calling customers, receiving customer cells and messaging between employees. Use of these communications are frequent and daily. These communications allow us to be in touch with clients and be on the same page together as co-workers. Generally, this product is used often on every working weekday.

It is usually available in most circumstances where a traditional device under traditional operations can use this service without issues technical or otherwise, although it is possible to experience crashes and ease of use problems even on quicker, more optimal devices that are in wide use in this current time.

Unified Communications Solution

We only use RingEX on the communications side so I cannot comment on use of analytics. External parties are able to be contacted through a traditional line when used correctly. Productivity and automation become faster as there is a direct communication whether it comes through messaging or whether it comes through calling.

It is well suited in maximizing all of the communication needs and uses necessary, it does a basic yet effective job of calling and messaging. It is less appropriate for those who are cost considerate, expect all of the features for a basic package, and expect features that are updated often.
