Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
Business phone system, internal and external communication. I can share the same business line and use unique phone numbers for each of my agents. Text and internal messaging are convenient features that improve productivity across the board.
Pros
- Call routing.
- Well organized system, easy navigation.
- Convenient features for collaboration.
Cons
- Sometimes have mystery errors in functionality.
- A few confusing things about setting up initial system and queues and call groups.
- Shared inbox for texting.
- Enabling the team to streamline inbound and outbound calling strategy has increased productivity by at least 30%.
- It improved internal collaboration by enabling the team to communicate effectively and clearly in real-time.
- Improved level of professionalism that we could showcase to our clients, intangible benefit.
I was previously using Google Voice and a third-party texting tool. RingEX allowed us to combine those services into one place. Otherwise, analytics and automation remain largely unchanged.
- Kixie and Google Voice
Better. The Kixie system is cheaper, but it is such a pain to use and interact with. often have audio issues, tech issues, etc. RingEX is far superior, although the price is certainly higher. I needed something reliable, so RingEX was the move.
