Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat OpenShift

I leverage Red Hat OpenShift for containerization and now it handles VM workloads as well.

Pros

  • Manages containers
  • single pane of glass
  • easy to move workloads into the cloud

Cons

  • currently for VMs, you can only have one disk
  • It is a stable platform we can continue to build around
  • Updates can be applied with minimal effort
  • It is easy to use and training new users on
Red Hat OpenShift is stable and it is improving, as time goes on it continues to get better. I rated it an 8 but it has potential to be a 10 with continued development.
