Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat OpenShift

I work for a financial company. We work with Red Hat OpenShift and it facilitates the use of containers and the deployment of all our applications. We have like 70 different servers. We USe a solution with jboss and java J2ee. We deploy almost weekly in production

Pros

  • use of containers
  • scalability
  • redundancy

Cons

  • hard to learn for develoers
  • lower cost of consultncy
  • More ways to learn Red Hat OpenShift outside of US
  • less cost of employees
  • faster time to market
  • better productivity
Our app perfomrance is the same as before. We dont find differences with the perfomance. We find differences with the time at deplouyment.
