Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat OpenShift

OpenShift is used to run applications provided by vendors for Telco services. As well as for running containerized workloads that have been transformed from monolithic.

Pros

  • Deployment of containerized applications in automated fashion
  • Building of new applications using pipelines
  • Multicluster management and workload balancing
  • High availability of nodes

Cons

  • Lower the system requierements to run the cluster on less power systems
  • Help with transformation of monolithic applications using AI
  • Reducing time to marked of new applications
  • Configurations of applications deployed quickly
  • New developments deployed and executed faster
OpenShift provides the required resources or applications to run effectively.
OpenShift offers a complete suite of plugins and services already set and configured. Saving time to connect with authentication services, monitoring, logs and CI/CD.
