Red Hat OpenShift offers us a suitable platform for our clients' development. Clients consume the Red Hat OpenShift service and self-manage their development environment. On the other hand, the Red Hat OpenShift cluster is where we deploy service containers for our clients, such as database as a service, monitored, and serverless.
