Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

We're using it several areas: human resources to do employee reviews, inventory management, and some small miscellaneous applications.

Pros

  • Organize information.
  • Share information.
  • Alert people when information changes.

Cons

  • User interface for the applications can be clunky. Nice if it were easier to make application workflows simpler for the end-users by changes to the UI. Even something as simple as adjustable column widths on tables would sometimes be very helpful.
Great solution for fairly technical users where you can have some internal champions learn how to use it and create applications to help the business function more smoothly. Fairly cost effective compared with point solutions.
