Overall Satisfaction with Procore

I used Procore for a renowned construction client project, and it was quite good at managing the entire project. The client recommended it to us, and they were on point. We liked their system and ease of process.

Pros

  • Their Ui is user-friendly.
  • Customer support seems good.
  • The integration system and capacity were nice.

Cons

  • The main bit is cost.
  • It is a bit complex when it comes to reporting.
  • The notifications from them are too much.
  • We have definitely saved time due to Procore.
  • That meant less number of resources used.
  • Overall, it is beneficial for us.
While the software is powerful, there is a steep learning curve you might observe in the early days, but overall, I think they keep improving and take feedback positively, too.
