Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore has been a tool for formatting all bids and a great data source for subs we can reach out to in each region. It is used throughout our entire construction development team. The continuous changes allow procore to be more user-friendly.

Pros

  • Bidding out projects to an entire scope
  • Keeping record of sub pool
  • Sending out mass emails
  • Reviewing plans

Cons

  • Plan markups such as measurements
  • Retracting bidding documents
  • The ability to make changes to all bidding and sub tasks
Procore lacks measurement tools but AutoCAD is limited in all project management.
It's hard to implement our awards and budgets into the software.
