Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore to integrate our execution platforms into a single system. Procore serves from bidding, into construction and costing, and through closeout. Every facet of construction is covered in the Procore suite.
Pros
- Procore is an excellent solution for construction companies looking for a way to integrate their execution platforms into a single system.
- The best part about Procore is the support team which is live and always ready to help.
- You can even see and track issues that you have and see how many other users have requested a fix/update for the same issue. The community is healthy and the support even better.
Cons
- Better connection between certain tools in the suite - always in development
- Procore is expensive, but it's put our office and our other offices on the same platform and working in the same direction - INVALUABLE.
We tried another, lower cost solution last year, and we ended up right where we thought we would - with Procore. The tools are all there and it doesn't leave anything to be desired. And, if you do desire more, the support team will get it into the software.
