Overall Satisfaction with Portainer

As a new Container user, I was able to absorb a lot more content and context after getting started with Portainer. Portainer is an amazing tool, all our containers are easily managed by it. Common problems were quickly identified and fixed because the ease of checking the logs allows us to act on the root cause of the problem.

  • Easily deploy

Cons

  • Make it easy to remove Manager/Work in Swarm
  • Improve the interface with Active Directory to populate the users and groups to attribute permission before user login.
  • Facilitate the management of the environment.
  • Streamline response to problems
  • Enable the process manager to see without jeopardizing the safety of the environment.
  • I don't have the business insight to answer this question.
We only used Portainer, we did not evaluate other products, because we immediately identified that Portainer was what we needed.

Portainer is very intuitive and permissions can be assigned so that key users of the process can keep track of Logs and the Resource Monitor. Something that previously only IT had access to. I cannot identify where Portainer cannot be applied, at least during my experience and use of the tool.
