Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

We use it for quality audits of our agents. We also use it for calibration purposes between senior agents. Each department utilizes the app a different way.

Pros

  • Clear interface.
  • Responsive.
  • Integrity.

Cons

  • Cache issues.
  • No way to customize the UI.
  • Too blank interface in some parts.
  • Better quality audits.
  • Calibrating senior agents.
  • Checking working dynamics.

Basically it works well, but after some time of using it I started to experience browser cache issues. So I have to clear the cache files in order to continue using the site.
