We use Paycor for onboarding, and it saves us from having paper files.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I can call Paycor, or email them, and they help me right away.
Health enrollments are done through Paycor, and it's very easy for employees to sign up.
Employees can update personal information and see their vacation days. With ADP I would have to do all those things for them.

Cons

I have trouble running reports, as they have lots filters.

We had ADP, so Paycor was a big improvement.

Likelihood to Recommend

Paycor has excellent customer service. Holly, my current account manager, is quick to respond to my issues.
