Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Employees use this software across our network to log time, approve time cards, and document personal and professional goals.

Pros

  • Documents a variety of time off accruals
  • Displays employee benefits
  • Tracks personal and professional goals

Cons

  • The process for documenting goals can be confusing; this is probably based on language and what’s a role goal vs an over and above goal.
  • User friendly for employees
  • Helpful benefit portal for quick access
  • Saves time for HR team by putting all employee FAQs in one easy-to-access location

I believe Paycom works best in organizations with10+ employees. It’s a great tracking tool for both hourly and salary. I’ve used it as a employee and a manager and I’ve found it intuitive and user friendly with minimal training required.
