Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

The whole organization. Payroll & HR Solution.

Cons

  • Customer Service
  • Implementation/Rollout of features
  • System Itself is bulky and difficult to navigate
  • Payroll is easier and faster.
  • Left a PEO.
I only use Paycom over BambooHR because of the Payroll.

Paycom is great if you want an affordable HR System. It is not great if you are looking for excellent support while utilizing the system to its fullest.
