Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

we use PathFactory to host our webinars On-demand & Live

Pros

  • Customer service with dedicated resources to help us navigate the platform.
  • Incredible responsiveness when an issue occurs on the platform.
  • Follow up with weekly meetings & ongoing daily conversation via team space. They provide an incredible customer experience helping us shape the next generation of the hosted webinar platform for the company

Cons

  • they could do a bit better on the analytics side as their automated dashboard is great but we always need to double-check some of the data with our own.
  • increase the On-demand viewing time & reporting on the count of viewers for On-demand sessions. We couldn't do it before with our internal system.
