Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
We are currently using PathFactory for a number of our Nurture campaigns, like weekly newsletters and webinar promotions. Our main area of use is in Demand Gen. It is addressing our need to educate prospects in a more localized, contextual way.
Pros
- Quick to spin up new content tracks and experiences.
- Helps keep prospects engaged with our content for longer.
- Accelerates the nurture process to warm leads to a buying stage.
Cons
- The UI is a bit busy.
- Reporting on performance is a bit tough to find.
- We have seen more deals closing from our newsletter program.
- We have seen more engaged audiences post-webinar when we send follow-up recordings alongside contextual content.
- Sales has more confidence going into conversations with leads we get from our PathFactory tracks.
