Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use it to promote products and solutions. It is currently only being used by one business unit in our operating company, however several others are reviewing it. It helps us promote our content and enables us to target better and gather more specific metrics.

Pros

  • Provides several pieces of content in one view.
  • Helps nurture prospects through content.
  • Provides metrics on engagement.

Cons

  • Somewhat time consuming and tedious to set up.
  • We have been able to measure engagement on content like we never have before.
Good for marketing content and nurturing prospects.
