Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

Multiple teams across the organization use this product. Our HR team is very happy with the functionality. I personally have worked on the integration and use daily. The search is great and it's a one stop shop for my role.

Cons

  • UI should be better.
  • Patching issues.
I would recommend to any type of organization due to the functionality. Oracle HCM Cloud is great for all HR teams.
