Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are in process of Cloud Fusion implementation for the entire organization. We are currently integrating 3 legacy ERPs into Oracle Fusion.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Good user interface
Still in the process of integration, not able to fully utilize functionality yet.

Cons

OCR integration is not working as well as expected. Invoices are held up for payment.
Vertex integration has room for improvement
Ability to control the posting of transactions for cash management and inventory expense adjustment to proper period during close. It's a manual process

Return on Investment

Looking forward to achieve full ROI when we are all in Oracle Fusion, in the meantime, we are in interim phase where we have to manage multiple ERPs.

We are still in process of integrating 3 legacies ERP into Oracle Fusion. We have implemented consolidation, indirect procurement, fixed assets to date. Source of truth still currently resides in legacy. I can see the benefits once we are all in Fusion Cloud to be able to deploy additional processes to accelerate close process in the future.
