Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation

We use Optimizely Web Experimentation to A/B test a number of marketing items, namely landing pages. It shows us what content, strategies, calls-to-action, button colors, etc. perform the best against one another, and tt helps us to narrow in on a creative concept and which to put into market.

Pros

  • Conversion Rate Optimization- knowing what garners clicks helps us tailor content to get the most clicks

Cons

  • It's pretty intuitive as I understand.
  • Increased conversions
  • Strategy change for better results based on Optimizely learnings
Unsure as we use it on one team and not cross-functionally
I like how easy it is to edit variations in the visual editor because I don't have coding knowledge. The support team is also very responsive.
