Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System

Our company is a CMS implementation partner. We have been ramping up and learning about this product and we could not feel more confident investing our time coselling this platform. The platform's ability to centralize workflow management and cut down a lot of time when it comes to finding and creating assets for a page presents a lot of value that we are investing in as partners.

  • AI function for content creation still is not something to fully lean on with it's image output but that's more because AI models across the board have room to grow
  • We are ramping up to be an implementation partner and with that takes buy in from our company on understanding the value this CMS adds. Optimizely's CMS makes it easy for people of any technical background or lack thereof to see how the platform works and the value it brings.
Optimizely puts a clear emphasis on making this usable for people that do not have a coding background. It's tabs are easy to navigate and make it very straightforward when searching for capabilities needed for building a website. The workflow management platform especially makes content approval processes which can typically get jumbled and overlogged, become simple and manageable.
Optimizely stacks up by offering a more well-rounded and user-friendly experience. Especially with it's integration into the rest of Optimizely's offerings, this CMS opens the door to letting marketers manage their entire marketing experience on one platform where its competitor seems to help more with just website management. We have worked with Progress and are excited to shift our priorities to Optimizely.
