Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System

We needed a user-friendly CMS and e-commerce site that can easily be scaled to enable personalization and marketing automation. We recently migrated a segment of our website to Optimizely as a test - the team is finding the platform easy to use and anticipates it will enable us to develop more in-house experiments without as many outsourced development requirements. We've also just turned on ODP to get ready for segmentation and personalization.
