Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management

It is straightforward to use and customizable. You can highly customize using code. As a developer, I use it to create new screen message and page templates that can be edited by others. Helping in Create content objects, get draft content objects, modify existing content objects and delete content objects, move content objects.

UI is user friendly. However, there are some areas where new user needs more time to understand the functionality before, they execute actions in the tool. Like content organization and filtering out information based on keywords. But overall, it doesn't take much time to get hands with the tool once user is get used to it.
Depends on user skills set and plug n play approach. Timelines are always become difficult during implementation process and running the platform, due to changes in business process prioritizations and re-aligning the projects to suit business goals. However, it comes handy with this tool to make it up and running in less time.

The licensing cost means you need to have a certain budget for the project, so it makes sense to utilize. Plus, when we feed in content, it is extreme difficult for new member to sort out the content based on filters, and it needs efforts to organize information. Hence, user awareness training is something would solve.
