Nintex Document Generation for Salesforce

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

We use Drawloop to generate documents for onboarding clients in 3 divisions.

Pros

  • Customization
  • Simple to Use
  • Reliable

Cons

  • More API examples
  • Integration with DocuSign works good, but is clunky
  • Positive ROI to seamlessly create docs from Salesforce - works great!
Production, and migrating packages to and from environments is easy.
Yes, all of the staff from the divisions that are utilizing the service.
Nintex Process Platform is a simple platform, has a great price, and works really really well. The errors that are generated are not that helpful at times and need help from a customer service rep to fix. But I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. I have had many WOW moments through their support.
